One on one personal training:

Each client will receive a free initial consultation to discuss health history, exercise experience and fitness and wellness goals. Short term objectives will also be set in the initial consultation. You will be lead through your program in each session to meet your objectives. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.


Semi private training:

Great for couples! Exercise with your spouse in the privacy of your own home. Try to keep pace with a friend or co-worker to increase the intensity of your workouts. You can also team up with a group for a discounted rate and team building fitness fun.

Upper and lower body strength assessment


CORE Fusion:
We take the most innovative core strengthening techniques, fuse them together with cutting edge total conditioning exercises for a group workout that leaves no " fitness" stone unturned. Add some beginner yoga and other flexibility exercises you have a complete workout that involves all the major fitness components. This program is offered to groups in residential buildings, homes or offices in the Boston area. Rates dependant upon number of participants.


Kettle-bell KORE conditioning
A kettle bell is a traditional Russian training tool that has been used since the turn of the century for total body conditioning. A kettle bell looks like a cannon ball with a handle. The shape of the kettle bell allows for unique positioning of the weight directly over your center of mass. Unlike traditional strength training modalities such as dumb bells or barbells where weight is held out in front of body, this allows you to keep your hands and wrists in neutral alignment, which enable for greater endurance and longevity in the core lifts so you can produce a much higher volume of exercise and thus greater conditioning and fitness.

This program is offered on a one on one, semi private or small group basis in home, in residential buildings or on site at your office. CORE Boot Camp:
CORE Boot camp is a health and fitness program for adults. It is specifically designed to increase the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypo kinetic disease, and to meet emergency situations. As a result of participation you will decrease body fat, strengthen core muscles, increase flexibility and enhance cardiovascular health. This program is offered to groups in residential buildings, homes or offices in the Boston area. It is also offered outdoors in Newton Ma. Check our sister site for schedule and payment information if you plan to come to Newton for participation. Rates dependant upon number of participants.
