I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 1998.  I learned how important diet and exercise were to a healthy lifestyle when I was a child.  My father was stricken with heart disease and passed on at a very young age.  Growing up I became very interested in building my body for sports and recreation.  When it came time to choose a career path it seemed pretty obvious to me what was right for me.  Seeing the impact of both heart disease and a healthy lifestyle on not just an individual, but the people around them steered me in the direction of the health and fitness field.  Helping people live healthier, longer and more productive lives is why I go to work every morning.
